Commissions and Licensing
Can you make me a custom work of art?
At the moment I am focusing my energy on tattooing, and I am not taking on fine art commissions.
Can my company hire you to design something for us?
At this time I am generally not taking on commercial design projects, but I may make an exception for the right project. If you are interested in potentially hiring me for a project, please email me at lizzydaltonart@gmail.com with as much information as possible about your needs and expectations for the project, your budget, etc.
Can you design a logo for my company?
I do not offer logo design services, sorry!
Do you license your designs?
I do! Licensing an existing design can be great way for your company to have some of my art to use on a product without commissioning a custom piece. Please email me at lizzydaltonart@gmail.com if you are interested!
Can I use one of your designs for a personal project?
Please email me at lizzydaltonart@gmail.com if you would like permission to use my work for non-commercial purposes, and let me know how you plan to use the image(s). I'm generally okay with this, but I will usually ask for a small design use fee depending on the situation.
Prints
Can I get a print in a size that's not listed?
I can definitely print a custom size for you. There’s a limit to how big I can go, depending on the size of the original piece and what resolution it was scanned at. Please email me at lizzydaltonart@gmail.com if you are interested!
Do you make prints on different materials, like wood or canvas?
At the moment I only offer prints on paper, and I do not plan on offering other materials at this time.
Do you make custom prints?
I do not. Creating a custom print would mean making an original, custom work of art, which is not a service I am currently offering.
Do your prints come framed?
They do not. Frames shown in my shop listings are for display purposes only.
Can you frame my print for me?
I can! Please email me at lizzydaltonart@gmail.com for a quote if you are interested. Prices start at $80 for a framed 8"x8" or 8"x10" print.
How do you make your prints?
Prints are made by scanning or photographing my original drawings and paintings, and printing the images with an inkjet printer. I use a professional-grade Epson printer with pigmented inks and acid-free, 100% cotton rag paper. All materials used in the printing process are archival, resulting in gallery-quality prints that will last over 100 years with proper care.
What is proper care for my print?
The best way to ensure you print will be properly preserved is to take it to a professional frame shop; they will be able to advise you on the best methods and materials to ensure the longevity of your art.
What's the easiest way to frame my print?
If you're not too concerned about your print lasting over 100 years, you can find inexpensive pre-made frames at most places that sell home decor or art supplies. Find a frame that fits your print size and budget, and you can insert the print directly in the frame. If you plan to go this route, I recommend purchasing a print in 8"x10", 11"x14", or 16"x20". These are all fairly common frame sizes in the US.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
I offer wholesale pricing on my prints and stickers. If you are interested in carrying my products in your shop, please email me at lizzydaltonart@gmail.com for a price list and order minimums.
Orders + Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
I’ll ship anywhere in the world! Shipping prices to your country will be displayed at checkout. Please be aware that there may be duties or import taxes depending on your country, which you as the buyer are responsible for. I will not falsify information on custom forms for you.
When will my order ship?
Wednesdays are my dedicated shipping days. Orders for stickers and in-stock prints will go out the Wednesday after your order is placed. If a print listing says that the size you selected will be made to order, I may require an additional week to make your print for you. If your order includes both in-stock items and made-to-order prints, I'll ship everything together when all items are ready.
Can I make a return?
If you are unhappy with your purchase or if you change your mind, please email me at lizzydaltonart@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item for a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. For returns and exchanges on international orders, the buyer will be responsible for ALL shipping costs.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
I do my best to package everything with care, and it is very rare that an order arrives damaged. I'm really sorry if it happens to you! Please email me at lizzydaltonart@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and I will provide a refund or replacement.
Where's the tracking info for my stickers?
I mail my stickers in a stamped envelope, which unfortunately means there’s no tracking on them. If it's been awhile since you ordered stickers and they haven't arrived yet, please email me at lizzydaltonart@gmail.com!
